Pricing policy

Hire rates include:

• Local sales tax
• Unlimited kilometres
• Bed linen, pillows, duvets, beach towels
• Kitchen kit
• 2 gas cartridges or 1 gas bottle depending on the vehicle
• Basic insurance and Roadside Assistance

VAT included: 24%
Calculation: per night
Cleaning fee: 30E

Reservations:

• All prices quoted and charged are in Euros.
• Payment is only accepted by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or debit card (Visa Debit, Maestro).
• A reservation is only binding after it has been confirmed by ODYSSEY CAMPERS IKE.  ODYSSEY CAMPERS IKE terms and conditions apply from this  point onwards.
• Vehicles will not be released without full payment being received.

Hire period:

• Hire period refers to the dates agreed in the Rental Agreement.
• Rental is charged on a per night basis.
• Minimum hire period is 2-6 nights depending on the season.
• Hires shorter than the minimum period may be available on request.
• Extending the rental period can only be done in a written form. The guests sends an email and, if the vehicle is available,  ODYSSEY CAMPERS IKE will send a confirmation.

Security deposit:

• 1.500E for 2 Persons micro camper, Micro Camper with Tent
• 1.800E for Pop up roof micro camper, Micro camper with roof tent, Bus
• 2.000E for Campervan, Campervan Mini Bus, 4X4 with Tent, Vintage Camper

The security deposit is held from the customer’s credit card and is returned within 14 days from the return day of the car, if there is no damage.

Discounts:

• Long term: 15% 4 weeks and on
• Early bird reduction: 5% 5 months prior to date of rental

Cancellation:

The following amounts will be due in the event of a cancellation:

• 30 – 15 days before rental – 50 % of total rental cost
• Less than 15 days before rental – 100 % of total rental cost
